                Protection and Rehabilitation Centre to be set up for sexually exploited minor girls

The Kerala government will be setting up a protection and rehabilitation centre for minor girls who are victims of sexual abuse.   This will tend to the medical and legal requirements of the victims and also provide them with education, vocational training and employment. Fast track courts will be set up to hasten the process. This project will be undertaken by the Social Welfare Department of the state.
