Comfort Station Cum Retiring Room

 Sanitation concerns have always been of severe effect to women.  Lack of comfort stations at public places adds up to the trouble. Several known health problems are also associated with it. Availability of well equipped comfort stations at the most frequented public places like bus stands will bring some solace to the concern.

KSWDC has planned to to set up Comfort Stations cum Retiring Rooms at all the districts of  Kerala. Overall, it aims to set up 22 Comfort Stations cum Retiring Rooms.

As per its initiation, KSWDC has already set up 10 Comfort Stations cum Retiring Rooms and has committed for another two. The details of the completed and committed comfort stations are as follows:-
